This Privacy Policy explains how Weekly Combine ("we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the App.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT • Account information: name, username, email address, password (stored encrypted), and optionally phone number. • Profile information: date of birth, gender, height, and weight, used to calibrate your personal benchmark targets. • Fitness and activity data: benchmark results, Daily Benchmark and Weekly Combine results, Challenge participation, streaks, and Athletic Age / Momentum scores. • User content: posts to Crew feeds, Challenge submissions, and any photo, video, or timer proof you submit. • Usage and device data: app interactions, crash logs, device type, and operating system, collected automatically to maintain and improve the Service.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION To create and maintain your account and calculate your personalized benchmarks, percentiles, and Athletic Age; to power social features you opt into, such as Crew feeds, leaderboards, and head-to-head comparisons; to send notifications you've opted into; to maintain the security and integrity of the App; and to improve the App based on aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.
3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (EEA/UK USERS) If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process your information on these legal bases under the GDPR: performance of a contract (to provide core features), consent (for optional features like notifications or public sharing), and legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), balanced against your rights.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION We do not sell your personal information. We share it only: with other users, but only what you choose to make visible (see Section 5); with service providers who help us operate the App, under contractual confidentiality obligations; when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Weekly Combine or our users; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
5. WHAT'S PUBLIC VS. PRIVATE Public or visible to your Crew and, where applicable, other users: your username, first name, benchmark results you choose to share, Challenge participation, streaks, and badges/medals. Always private, never shown to other users: your email address, phone number, password, date of birth, exact height and weight, and any proof media you submit (used only for internal verification unless you separately choose to share it).
6. DATA RETENTION We retain your account and activity data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. EEA/UK users have these rights under the GDPR; California residents have similar rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of. 8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS Weekly Combine is based in the United States, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. For EEA/UK users, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY The App is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.
10. DATA SECURITY We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest for sensitive fields. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. COOKIES AND TRACKING The App may use cookies and similar technologies (such as mobile device identifiers) for essential functions like keeping you logged in, and to understand how the App is used. You can manage tracking permissions through your device's privacy settings at any time.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The App relies on third-party providers for functions such as cloud hosting, crash reporting, analytics, and push notification delivery. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their service to us and are contractually bound to protect it.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email before they take effect.
